Shipping policy

All sales are final once shipped.

Items received damaged may be exchanged for a replacement. Please reach out to us via email within 7 days of receipt, and send the original item back within 14 days.

Cancellations or exchanges may be requested by replying to your order email.

Packages returned undeliverable:

The buyer is responsible for entering a correct address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered orders due to an incorrect address being entered.

If your package has an incorrect address and was returned to us, you can choose from the following options:

• Order a replacement label with a new address ($1 + calculated USPS postage fee)
• Ask us to bundle your returned order with a future order (no cost, but confirm your address with us)
• Ask for a refund, minus the original shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Any perks in our Facebook group attached to your purchase will be permanently revoked.
